ACTION: Notice of approval of Intertek USA, Inc. (Wilmington, NC), as a 
commercial gauger.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to CBP regulations, that 
Intertek USA, Inc. (Wilmington, NC), has been approved to gauge 
petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes for the 
next three years as of August 21, 2019.

DATES: Intertek USA, Inc. (Wilmington, NC) was approved as a commercial 
gauger as of August 21, 2019. The next triennial inspection date will 
be scheduled for August 2022.
