Specifically, DNG intends to construct approximately 62.74 miles of new pipeline in Minnesota and North Dakota, all of which will be located in existing public road right-of-way. Further, all construction and operations of this pipeline will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state utility commissions of those respective states; only customers in North Dakota are intended to be provided service.
