Missouri requests that the EPA remove from its SIP a rule related to control of emissions from bakery ovens in the Kansas City, Missouri area. This rescission does not have an adverse effect on air quality. The EPA’s proposed approval of this rule revision is in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA). SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the 
comment period for a proposed rule published March 23, 2020. On March
