SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC Strand) AGENCY: PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 from Thailand for the period January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On January 2, 2020, Commerce published a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on PC Strand from Thailand for the period January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019.1 On January 31, 2020, The Siam Industrial Wire Co., Ltd. (SIW), a respondent interested party, filed a timely request for review with respect to itself.2 Based on this request, on March 10, 2020, in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(b), Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of initiation of an administrative review covering the period January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019.3 On March 9, 2020, SIW submitted a timely request to withdraw its request for administrative review of the antidumping duty order on PC Strand from Thailand.4 Rescission of Review Pursuant to 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1), Commerce will rescind an administrative review, in whole or in part, if the parties that requested the review withdraw the request within 90 days of the date of publication of notice of initiation of the requested review. As noted above, SIW fully withdrew its request by the 90-day deadline, and no other party requested an administrative review of the antidumping duty order.
