the reason for the request. ATF will
maintain the completed form as an
official record of the request for
information from the other agency.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: An estimated 300 respondents
will utilize the form once annually, and
it will take each respondent
approximately 5 minutes to complete
their responses.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: The estimated annual public
burden associated with this collection is
25 hours, which is equal to 300 (# of
respondents) * 1 (# of responses per
respondent) * .083333 (5 minutes).
