The proposed amendment would extend the implementation time from May 13, 2020, to September 30, 2020, for the NRC-approved license amendment issued May 14, 2019, associated with revising the emergency action levels (EALs) scheme based on Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) guidance. The licensee is requesting this extension due to unforeseen circumstances. DATES: Submit comments by May 4, 2020.
