Summary: This information collection provides feedback on the processes of delivery and products distributed to the mariner by the International Ice Patrol. Need: In accordance with Executive Order 12862, the U.S. Coast Guard is directed to conduct surveys (both qualitative and quantitative) to determine the kind and quality of services our customers want and expect, as well as their satisfaction with USCG’s existing services. This survey will be limited to data collections that solicit strictly voluntary opinions and will not collect information that is required or regulated. ACTION: Notice of official filing.

SUMMARY: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is scheduled to file plats 
of survey 30 calendar days from the date of this publication in the BLM 
Wyoming State Office, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The surveys, which were 
executed at the request of the BLM and the United States Forest Service 
are necessary for the management of these lands.
