ACRS Reports (Open/Closed)—The
Committee will continue its discussion
of proposed ACRS reports. [Note: A
portion of this session may be closed in
order to discuss and protect information
designated as proprietary, pursuant to 5
U.S.C. 552b(c)(4)].
Procedures for the conduct of and
participation in ACRS meetings were
published in the Federal Register on
June 13, 2019 (84 FR 27662). In
accordance with those procedures, oral
or written views may be presented by
members of the public, including
representatives of the nuclear industry.
Persons desiring to make oral statements
should notify Quynh Nguyen, Cognizant
ACRS Staff and the Designated Federal
Official (DFO) (Telephone: 301–415–
5844, Email: Quynh.Nguyen@nrc.gov), 5
days before the meeting, if possible, so
that appropriate arrangements can be
made to allow necessary time during the
meeting for such statements. In view of
the possibility that the schedule for

ACRS meetings may be adjusted by the
Chairman as necessary to facilitate the
conduct of the meeting, persons
planning to attend should check with
the Cognizant ACRS staff if such
rescheduling would result in major
inconvenience.
An electronic copy of each
presentation should be emailed to the
Cognizant ACRS Staff at least one day
before meeting.
In accordance with Subsection 10(d)
of Public Law 92–463 and 5 U.S.C.
552b(c), certain portions of this meeting
may be closed, as specifically noted
above. Use of still, motion picture, and
television cameras during the meeting
may be limited to selected portions of
the meeting as determined by the
Chairman. Electronic recordings will be
permitted only during the open portions
of the meeting.
ACRS meeting agendas, meeting
transcripts, and letter reports are
available through the NRC Public
Document Room (PDR) at pdr.resource@
nrc.gov, or by calling the PDR at 1–800–
397–4209, or from the Publicly
Available Records System component of
NRC’s document system (ADAMS)
which is accessible from the NRC
website at https://www.nrc.gov/readingrm/adams.html or https://www.nrc.gov/

Video teleconferencing service is
available for observing open sessions of
ACRS meetings. Those wishing to use
this service should contact Thomas
Dashiell, ACRS Audio Visual
Technician (301–415–7907), between
7:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. (Eastern Time),
at least 10 days before the meeting to
ensure the availability of this service.
Individuals or organizations requesting
this service will be responsible for
telephone line charges and for providing
the equipment and facilities that they
use to establish the video
teleconferencing link. The availability of
video teleconferencing services is not
guaranteed.
This notice is late due to the COVID–19
outbreak and current health precautions
which required the Committee to prepare for
the meeting to be held remotely.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant
to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
(44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), the Securities
and Exchange Commission
(‘‘Commission’’) is soliciting comments
on the collection of information
summarized below. The Commission
plans to submit this existing collection
of information to the Office of
Management and Budget (‘‘OMB’’) for
extension and approval.
In accordance with the requirements
of Section 342 of the Dodd-Frank Wall
Street Reform and Consumer Protection
Act of 2010 (12 U.S.C. 5452), the
Commission joined with the Office of
the Comptroller of the Currency, Board
of Governors of the Federal Reserve
System, Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation, and Bureau of Consumer
Financial Protection (Agencies) to
develop Joint Standards for Assessing
the Diversity Policies and Practices of
Entities Regulated by the Agencies (Joint
Standards), which were issued through
an interagency policy statement
published in the Federal Register on
June 15, 2015. To facilitate the
collection of information envisioned by
the Joint Standards, the Commission
developed a form entitled the ‘‘Diversity
Assessment Report for Entities
