Abstract: The NCCC Team Leader
application, which is available
electronically for all applicants,
provides information CNCS uses to
select Team Leaders for AmeriCorps
NCCC. NCCC engages approximately
2800 corps members each year in
community service, and selects Team
Leaders and Support Team Leaders to
serve as project leaders and project
developers and to provide on-site team
supervision and reporting. There is at
least one Team Leader for each team of
approximately ten Corps Members.
CNCS also seeks to continue using the
currently-approved information
collection until the revised information
collection is approved by OMB. The
currently-approved information
collection is due to expire on 11/30/
2020.
Comments submitted in response to
this notice will be summarized and/or
included in the request for OMB
approval. Comments are invited on: (a)
Whether the collection of information is
necessary for the proper performance of
the functions of the agency, including
whether the information shall have
practical utility; (b) the accuracy of the
agency’s estimate of the burden of the
collection of information; (c) ways to
enhance the quality, utility, and clarity
of the information to be collected; (d)
ways to minimize the burden of the
collection of information on
respondents, including through the use
of automated collection techniques or
other forms of information technology;
and (e) estimates of capital or start-up
costs and costs of operation,
maintenance, and purchase of services
to provide information. Burden means
the total time, effort, or financial
resources expended by persons to
generate, maintain, retain, disclose or
provide information to or for a Federal
agency. This includes the time needed
to review instructions; to develop,
acquire, install and utilize technology
and systems for the purpose of
collecting, validating and verifying
information, processing and
maintaining information, and disclosing
and providing information; to train
personnel and to be able to respond to
a collection of information, to search
data sources, to complete and review
the collection of information; and to
transmit or otherwise disclose the
information. All written comments will

published a notice announcing a
meeting of the United States Naval
Academy Board of Visitors that was to
take place on Monday, March 23, 2020.
Due to ongoing COVID–19 concerns, the
Department of the Navy is cancelling
this meeting.
SUMMARY:
The open session of the meeting
to be held on March 23, 2020, from 9
a.m. to 11 a.m., and the executive
session to be held from 11 a.m. to noon
(12 p.m.) have been cancelled.

23, 2020. Accordingly, the Advisory
Committee Management Officer for the
Department of Defense, pursuant to 41
CFR 102–3.150(b), waives the 15calendar day notification requirement.
