The applicable Section 301 decisions require subject merchandise to be admitted to FTZs in privileged foreign status (19 CFR 146.41). Public comment is invited from interested parties. Submissions shall be addressed to the Board’s Executive Secretary and sent to: ftz@trade.gov. The closing period for their receipt is April 29, 2020. On December 13, 2018, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Zimo Sheng (‘‘Sheng’’) was convicted of violating Section 38 of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2778 (2012)) (‘‘AECA’’). Sheng was convicted of violating Section 38 of the AECA by knowingly and willfully attempting to export from the United States to China the complete upper assembly for a Glock 43 pistol BDEV511, designated as a defense article on the United States Munitions List, without the required U.S. Department of State licenses. Sheng was sentenced to 40 months in prison and a special assessment of $200.
