ACTION: Proposed rule; correction.

SUMMARY: On March 9, 2020, the Department of the Treasury published a 
proposed rule that would establish a fee for parties filing a voluntary 
notice of certain transactions for review by the Committee on Foreign 
Investment in the United States. This rule corrects the comment due
