Specifically, the EEMAC will examine: (1) The proposed position limits for spot months, single month, and all-months-combined and (2) the proposed bona fide hedge exemptions from such position limits and related procedures. The EEMAC will also hear a presentation from the Market Intelligence Branch on recent developments within the energy derivatives marketplace. The meeting will be open to the public with seating on a first-come, firstserved basis.
