Needs and Uses: This collection is
needed to provide a procedure for
persons or organizations listed on the
Entity List and Unverified List to
request removal or modification of the
entry that affects them. The Entity List
appears at 15 CFR part 744, Supp. No.
4, and the Unverified List appears at 15
CFR part 744, Supp. No. 6. The Entity
List and Unverified List are used to
inform the public of certain parties
whose presence in a transaction that is
subject to the Export Administration
Regulations (15 CFR parts 730–799)
requires a license from the Bureau of
Industry and Security (BIS). Requests
for removal from the Entity List would
be reviewed by the Departments of
Commerce, State, and Defense, and
Energy and Treasury as appropriate. The
interagency decision, as communicated
to the requesting entity by BIS, would
be the final agency action on such a

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce
(Commerce) determines that Yama
Ribbons and Bows Co., Ltd (Yama) an
exporter/producer of narrow woven
ribbons with woven selvedge (Ribbons)
from the People’s Republic of China
(China), received countervailable
subsidies during the period of review
(POR) January 1, 2017 through
December 31, 2017.

Results 1 on August 23, 2019 are
discussed in the Issues and Decision
Memorandum, which is hereby adopted
this notice.2
In October 2019, we verified Yama’s
questionnaire responses.3 On December
10, 2019, Commerce extended the
deadline for the final results of this
administrative review until February 19,
2020.4
Scope of the Order
The merchandise covered by the order
is narrow woven ribbons with woven
selvedge from China.5 The product is
currently classified under the following
Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the
United States (HTSUS) item numbers:
