Description of the need for the
information and proposed use: Budget
worksheet will be used by HUD Field
staff, along with other information
submitted by owners, as a tool for
determining the reasonableness of rent
increases. The purposes of the
worksheet and the collection of
budgetary information are to allow
owners to plan for expected increases in
expenditures. Owners are able to appeal
