difluoromethane (R–32) from the
People’s Republic of China (China),
filed in proper form on behalf of
Arkema Inc. (the petitioner).1
On January 28, 2020, Commerce
requested supplemental information
pertaining to certain aspects of the
Petition.2 The petitioner filed a response
to this request on January 30, 2020.3
In accordance with section 732(b) of
the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the
Act), the petitioner alleges that imports
of R–32 from China are being, or are
likely to be, sold in the United States at
less than fair value (LTFV) within the
meaning of section 731 of the Act, and
that such imports are materially
injuring, or threatening material injury
