Type of Request: Three-year extension of the FERC–725M with no updates to the current reporting requirements. Abstract: On August 27, 2019, the Commission published a Notice in the Federal Register in Docket No. IC19– 32–000 requesting public comments. The Commission received no comments and noting that in the related submittal to OMB. On September 19, 2013, the Commission issued Order No. 785, Docket No. RM12–16–000, a Final Rule 1 approving modifications to four existing Reliability Standards submitted by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), the Commission certified Electric Reliability Organization. Specifically, the Commission approved Reliability Standards FAC–001–1 (Facility Connection Requirements), FAC–003–3 (Transmission Vegetation Management), PRC–004–2.1a (Analysis and Mitigation of Transmission and Generation Protection System Misoperations), and 1 Generator Requirements at the Transmission Interface, 144 FERC ¶ 61,221 (2013).
