Docket Nos. 13–26 and 14–14, which
resolved the remaining technical issues
affecting the operation of 600 MHz
wireless licenses and broadcast
television stations in areas where they
operate on the same or adjacent
channels in geographic proximity.
Specifically, the Commission adopted a
rule requiring wireless licensees to
conduct an interference study prior to
deploying or operating a wireless base
station within a secified distance of a
broadcast television station that is cochannel or adjacent channel to their
spectrum. A wireless licensee is
required to provide this interference
study to the Commission upon request
