Public Meeting
At the February 27, 2020, public
meeting, draft U.S. positions on the
agenda items will be described and
discussed, and attendees will have the
opportunity to pose questions and offer
comments. Written comments may be
offered at the meeting or sent to CAPT
David Miller, U.S. Delegate for the 52nd
Session of the CCPR (see ADDRESSES).
Written comments should state that they
relate to activities of the 52nd Session
of the CCPR.

Public awareness of all segments of
rulemaking and policy development is
important. Consequently, the U.S.
Codex Office will announce this Federal
Register publication on-line through the
USDA web page located at: https://
www.usda.gov/codex/, a link that also
offers an email subscription service
providing access to information related

The Southwest Montana
Resource Advisory Committee (RAC)
will meet in Dillon, Montana. The
committee is authorized under the
Secure Rural Schools and Community
Self-Determination Act (the Act) and
operates in compliance with the Federal
Advisory Committee Act. The purpose
of the committee is to improve
collaborative relationships and to
provide advice and recommendations to
the Forest Service concerning projects
and funding consistent with Title II of
the Act. RAC information can be found
at the following website: https://

workingtogether/advisorycommittees.
DATES: The meeting will be held on
February 14, 2020, at 9 a.m.
All RAC meetings are subject to
cancellation. For status of the meeting

2. Elect a Southwest Montana RAC
Chairperson;
3. Discuss and determine if the RAC
would recommend fee change proposals
for developed recreation sites on
National Forest lands;
4. Discuss and determine whether
RAC funds will be used to fund
committee members’ travel costs to the
public meetings;
5. Discuss and recommend new Title
II projects.
The meeting is open to the public.
The agenda will include time for people
to make oral statements of three minutes
or less. Individuals wishing to make an
oral statement should request in writing
by Friday, January 31, 2020 to be
scheduled on the agenda. Anyone who
would like to bring related matters to
the attention of the committee may file
written statements with the committee
staff before or after the meeting. Written
comments and requests for time for oral
comments must be sent to Jeanne
