referenced docket a prior notice request

regulations under the Natural Gas Act
and its blanket certificate issued in
Docket No. CP82–537–000 for
authorization to replace certain pipeline
facilities located in the Oakford Storage
Complex in Westmoreland County,
Pennsylvania. DETI and Endbridge Inc.
jointly own the Oakford Storage
Complex as tenants in common with
equal undivided one-half interests. DETI
is the operator of the Oakford Storage
Complex and as the operator is making
this filing on behalf of both parties. The
certificated physical parameters,
including total inventory, reservoir
pressure, reservoir and buffer
boundaries, and certificated capacity
(including injection and withdrawal
capacity) of the Oakford Storage
Complex will remain unchanged. DETI
estimates the cost of the project to be
approximately $19 million, all as more
fully set forth in the request which is on
file with the Commission and open to
public inspection.

its environmental assessment (EA) and
place it into the Commission’s public
record (eLibrary) for this proceeding; or
issue a Notice of Schedule for
Environmental Review. If a Notice of
Schedule for Environmental Review is
issued, it will indicate, among other
milestones, the anticipated date for the
Commission staff’s issuance of the EA
for this proposal. The filing of the EA
in the Commission’s public record for
this proceeding or the issuance of a
Notice of Schedule for Environmental
Review will serve to notify federal and
state agencies of the timing for the
completion of all necessary reviews, and
the subsequent need to complete all
federal authorizations within 90 days of
