The purpose of the National Research
Advisory Council is to advise the
Secretary on research development
conducted by the Veterans Health
Administration, including policies and
programs targeting the high priority of
Veterans’ health care needs.
On March 4, 2019, the agenda will
include ethics training, briefing from
Advisory Committee Management
Office (ACMO), and briefings on various
VA Research programs designed to
enhance the research potential for
Veterans. The Committee will also
explore potential recommendations to
be included in the next annual report.
