SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we provide the general public and other Federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on new, proposed, revised, and continuing collections of information. This helps us assess the impact of our information collection requirements and minimize the public’s reporting burden. It also helps the public understand our information collection requirements and provide the requested data in the desired format. We are soliciting comments on the proposed ICR that is described below. Abstract: The NPS is authorized by 54 U.S.C. 101321, Service Employee Training; and 54 U.S.C. 101322, Management Development and Training to maintain the Common Learning Portal (CLP). This online training platform is provided to increase communication within the NPS education community and to promote the visibility of training opportunities available to NPS employees. The CLP serves as a common platform for advertising national, regional, and park specific training events to NPS employees. The CLP also establishes communities of practice using interest groups and forums in order to increase engagement throughout the NPS training community. Users may visit the CLP to learn about upcoming training events without creating a user account. However, to participate in community forum discussions, users must to provide the following information to register and create an account: • Name • Email address • Username Once registered, the user will have the option to provide additional information to include: • Photo • Title, location, expertise • Duties, and • Additional personal information such as hobbies or activities. To store the information collected, this system utilizes the following SORN: DOI–16, Learning Management System—October 9, 2018, 83 FR 50682. All personal information, with the exception of name and email address, are optional.
