These regulations apply to each incinerator which either combusts wastes that contain more than 10 percent sewage sludge (dry basis) produced by municipal sewage treatment plants or each incinerator which charges more than 1,000 kg (2,205 lb) per day municipal sewage sludge (dry basis). New facilities include those that commenced construction, modification, or reconstruction after the date of proposal. These standards set emission limitation for particulate matter (PM). This information is being collected to assure compliance with 40 CFR part 60, subpart O. Changes in the Estimates: There is no change in the labor hours in this ICR compared to the previous ICR. This is due to two considerations. First, the regulations have not changed over the past three years and are not anticipated to change over the next three years.
