On November 20, 2019, Bose filed an
unopposed motion to terminate the
investigation based on withdrawal of
the complaint with respect to the ’364
patent.
On December 2, 2019, the ALJ issued
the subject ID (Order No. 20), granting
Bose’s motion to terminate the
investigation pursuant to Commission
Rule 210.21(a)(1), 19 CFR 210.21(a)(1).
The ALJ found that the motion complies
with the Commission Rules, and that no
extraordinary circumstances prohibit
the termination of this investigation as
requested by Bose. See Order No. 20 at
3 (Dec. 2, 2019).
No petitions for review were filed.
The Commission has determined not to
review the subject ID. The investigation
is terminated in its entirety.
The authority for the Commission’s
determination is contained in section
337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as
amended (19 U.S.C. 1337), and in Part
210 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (19 CFR part
210).

Abstract: Requirements of 12 CFR
740.3, Advertising of excess insurance,
prescribes that federally insured credit
unions must disclose in advertising the
share or savings account insurance
provided by a party other than NCUA.
This disclosure statement must include
the identity of the carrier, the type and
amount of such insurance and must
avoid any statement or implication that
the carrier is affiliated with NCUA or
the federal government. The disclosure
requirements under § 740.3 are
necessary to ensure that share account
holders are aware that their accounts are
insured by carriers other than the
NCUA.

Pursuant to the Atomic
Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the
Act), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) is publishing this
regular biweekly notice. The Act
requires the Commission to publish
notice of any amendments issued, or
proposed to be issued, and grants the
Commission the authority to issue and
make immediately effective any
amendment to an operating license or
combined license, as applicable, upon a
determination by the Commission that
such amendment involves no significant
hazards consideration, notwithstanding
the pendency before the Commission of
a request for a hearing from any person.
This biweekly notice includes all
amendments issued, or proposed to be
issued, from December 3, 2019, to
December 16, 2019. This notice also
incorporates the revised biweekly
format as noticed in the Federal
Register on December 3, 2019. The last
biweekly notice was published on
December 17, 2019.
