k. Description of Request: HG&E
proposes to remove the E–F wheel and
decommission the 266-kilowatt BeebeHolbrook Station, one of six stations
within the Holyoke Project. The BeebeHolbrook Station has not operated since
March 2019 due to the deterioration of
the penstock under a main thoroughfare
in the city’s downtown area.
