SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of North Carolina (FEMA-4465-DR), dated October 4, 2019, 
and related determinations.

DATES: This amendment was issued December 9, 2019.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration
