notice is hereby given that on November
27, 2019, The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC
(‘‘Nasdaq’’ or ‘‘Exchange’’) filed with the
Securities and Exchange Commission
(‘‘SEC’’ or ‘‘Commission’’) the proposed
rule change as described in Items I, II,
and III, below, which Items have been
prepared by the Exchange. The
Commission is publishing this notice to
solicit comments on the proposed rule
change from interested persons.
I. Self-Regulatory Organization’s
Statement of the Terms of Substance of
the Proposed Rule Change
The Exchange proposes to amend the
Exchange’s transaction fees at Equity 7,
Section 118(a) to: (i) Adjust the criteria
for members to qualify for a credit; and
(ii) to adjust the categories of credits
which the Exchange will provide to
members that enter Orders with
Midpoint Pegging that receive price
improvement with respect to the
national best bid and best offer
(‘‘NBBO’’), as described further below.
While these amendments are effective
upon filing, the Exchange has
designated the proposed amendments to
be operative on December 2, 2019.
