1995 the Department of Homeland
Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and
Customs Enforcement (ICE) will submit

on the Flood Insurance Rate Maps and,
where applicable, in the supporting
Flood Insurance Study reports for
Winneshiek County, Iowa and
Incorporated Areas.

December 13, 2019.
