AGENCY:
U.S. Agency for International
Development (USAID), as part of its
continuing effort to reduce paperwork
and respondent burden, invites the
general public and other Federal
agencies to take this opportunity to
comment on the following new
information collection, as required by
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
Comments are requested concerning (1)
Whether the proposed collection of
information is necessary for the
sustaining USAID-funded programming
beyond USAID funding; (2) the accuracy
of USAID’s estimate of the burden of the
proposed collection of information; (3)
ways to enhance the quality, utility, and
clarity of the information to be
collected; and (4) ways to minimize the
burden of the collection of information
on respondents.
DATES: All comments should be
submitted within 30 calendar days from
the date of this publication.

notice announces the Animal and Plant
Health Inspection Service’s intention to
request a revision to and extension of
approval of an information collection
associated with the current regulations
for the interstate movement of sheep
and goats and an indemnity program to
control the spread of scrapie. This
notice is separate from any new
rulemaking.
We will consider all comments
that we receive on or before February 3,
2020.
