    The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) gives notice under the 
Federal Advisory Committee Act that the Advisory Committee on Former 
Prisoners of War (Committee) will meet on December 11-13, 2019 at the 
Jackson Regional Benefits Office located at 1600 E Woodrow Wilson Ave.,
