SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This meeting is being held under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) of 1972 (5 U.S.C., Appendix, as amended), the Government in the Sunshine Act of 1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and 41 CFR 102–3.140 and 102–3.150. Purpose of the Meeting: This is the first meeting of the Council for Fiscal Year 2020 (FY2020). During this meeting the Director, Defense Health Agency, will present information to the Council including changes in dependent health care systems and implications for military family readiness, the first of two focus areas chosen by the Council for FY2020. Meeting attendee RSVPs should indicate if an escort is needed to the meeting location (non-CAC Card holders need an escort) and if handicapped accessible transportation is needed. All visitors without CAC cards who are attending the MFRC meeting must pre-register prior to entering the Pentagon. RSVPs to the MFRC mailbox needing escort to the meeting will be contacted by email from the Pentagon Force Protection Agency with instructions for registration. Please follow these instructions carefully. Otherwise, members of the public may be denied access to the Pentagon on the day of the meeting.
