increase of 67,539 hours in the total
estimated respondent burden compared
with the ICR currently approved by
OMB. The increase in total estimated
respondent burden hours is due to the
anticipated industry growth projected to
occur over the next three-year period of
this ICR.

provisions of the ‘‘Government in the
Sunshine Act’’ (5 U.S.C. 552b), notice is
hereby given that at 10:46 p.m. on
Tuesday, November 19, 2019, the Board
of Directors of the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation met in closed
session to consider matters related to
the Corporation’s supervision,
corporate, and resolution activities.
PLACE: The meeting was held in the
Board Room located on the sixth floor
of the FDIC Building located at 550 17th
Street NW, Washington, DC.
STATUS: The meeting was closed to the
public.
MATTERS CONSIDERED: In calling the
