The licensee also proposes to remove 116 acres it states are not needed for any project purpose, detailed as follows: Barker-Stewart Island (10.9 acres); a 0.6acre parcel on the west side of the impoundment just upstream of the dam; and approximately 104.5 acres of land and water downstream of the project tailrace channel, including Picnic Island and Stack’s Island. l.
