The meeting sessions are open to the public and are as follows: • December 5, 2019 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. • December 6, 2019 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The purpose of the Committee is to provide advice to the Secretary of VA on the rehabilitation needs of Veterans with disabilities and on the administration of VA’s rehabilitation programs. Abstract: VA Form 22–10203 will allow students to apply for the Edith Nourse Rogers STEM Scholarship Program. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
