ACTION: Notice of Deauthorization of
Federal Funding.
AGENCY:
The
purpose of the meeting is to:
1. Welcome, introduce, and have
orientation of RAC members, and
2. Review seven Title II projects, and
3. Rank and select round six Title II
projects.
The meeting is open to the public.
The agenda will include time for people
to make oral statements of three minutes
or less. Individuals wishing to make an
oral statement should request in writing
by November 26, 2019, to be scheduled
on the agenda. Anyone who would like
to bring related matters to the attention
of the committee may file written
statements with the committee staff
before or after the meeting. Written
comments and requests for time for oral
comments must be sent to Debbie

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Pursuant
to the Watershed Protection and Flood
Prevention Act of 1954 (Pub. L. 83–566)
and NRCS Guidelines (7 CFR part 622),
a determination has been made by John
Bricker that the proposed works of
improvement for the Watkins Branch
Watershed project will not be installed.
The sponsoring local organizations have
concurred in this determination and
agree that Federal funding should be
deauthorized for the project.
Information regarding this
determination may be obtained from
John Bricker at the above telephone
number.
The action does not constitute a major
Federal action that would significantly
affect the quality of the human
environment, individually or
cumulatively. Therefore, an
environmental assessment or
environmental impact statement is not
needed for this action. No
administrative action on
implementation of the proposed
deauthorization will be taken until 60
days after the date of this publication in
the Federal Register.

Federal Advisory Committee Act that
the Indiana Advisory Committee
(Committee) will hold community
forum on Saturday, November 16, 2019,
from 2:30–5:30 p.m. Eastern Time for
the purpose of discussing the civil rights
implications of indoor and outdoor lead
exposure in the state.
