On 10/4/2019, the Committee for

After consideration of the relevant
matter presented, the Committee has
determined that the product and service
listed below are no longer suitable for
procurement by the Federal Government
under 41 U.S.C. 8501–8506 and 41 CFR
51–2.4.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
plans to prepare a Feasibility Study
with an integrated Environmental
Impact Statement (EIS) to evaluate
environmental impacts from reasonable
project alternatives to protect nearshore
areas of Monroe County, Florida, from
hurricanes and other storms with their
associated wind, storm surge, and
coastal flooding.
DATES: Scoping comments are due by
December 9, 2019.
