application for license for the Gonzales
Project, and has prepared an
Environmental Assessment (EA) for the
project. The project is located on the
Guadalupe River in Gonzales County,
Texas. The project occupies no federal
land.
The EA contains Commission staff’s
analysis of the potential environmental
effects of the project. The EA concludes
that licensing the project, with
appropriate environmental protective
measures, would not constitute a major
federal action that would significantly
affect the quality of the human
environment.
