SUMMARY: This is a notice of the Presidential declaration of an 
emergency for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (FEMA-
3424-EM), dated October 7, 2019, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that, in a letter 
dated October 7, 2019, the President issued an emergency declaration

    I have determined that the emergency conditions in the 
Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands resulting from Typhoon
