The application was submitted pursuant to the provisions of the Foreign-Trade Zones Act, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a– 81u), and the regulations of the Board (15 CFR part 400). It was formally docketed on October 18, 2019. Subzone 186A currently consists of the following site: Site 1 (6.4 acres) 96 Gatehouse Road, Sanford. The proposed expansion would add 0.5 acres to the existing site. No authorization for expanded production activity has been requested at this time.     The notification was processed in accordance with the regulations 
of the FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400), including notice in the Federal 
Register inviting public comment (84 FR 31021, June 28, 2019). On 
October 17, 2019, the applicant was notified of the FTZ Board's 
decision that further review of part of the proposed activity is 
warranted. The FTZ Board authorized the production activity described
