SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This notice informs the public that HUD is seeking approval from OMB for the information collection described in Section A. Overview of Information Collection Title of Information Collection: EIV System Debts Owed to PHAs and Terminations. OMB Approval Number: 2577–0266. Type of Request: Revision of a currently approved collection. Form Number: Form HUD–52675. Description of the need for the information and proposed use: In accordance with 24 CFR 5.233, processing entities that administer the Public Housing, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, including the Disaster Housing Assistance Program, Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program and, Project-Based Vouchers are required to use HUD’s Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) system to verify employment and income information of program participants and to reduce administrative and subsidy payment errors.
