the Commission’s non-federal
representatives for carrying out informal
consultation, pursuant to section 7 of
the Endangered Species Act and section
305(b) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery
Conservation and Management Act; and
consultation pursuant to section 106 of
the National Historic Preservation Act.
m. Midwest Hydro and STS
Hydropower filed Pre-Application
Documents (PAD); including a proposed
process plan and schedule for each
project with the Commission, pursuant
to 18 CFR 5.6 of the Commission’s
regulations.
n. A copy of the PADs are available
for review at the Commission in the
Public Reference Room or may be
viewed on the Commission’s website
(https://www.ferc.gov), using the
‘‘eLibrary’’ link. Enter the docket
number, excluding the last three digits
in the docket number field to access the

16.10, each application for a new
license and any competing license
applications must be filed with the
Commission at least 24 months prior to
the expiration of the existing license.
All applications for license for these
projects must be filed by August 31,
2022.

includes a request for blanket
authorization, under 18 CFR part 34, of
future issuances of securities and
assumptions of liability.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

in accordance with Rules 211 and 214
of the Commission’s Rules of Practice
and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Anyone filing a motion to

deadline for filing protests with regard
to the applicant’s request for blanket
authorization, under 18 CFR part 34, of
