AGENCY: ACTION: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a meeting of the Pennsylvania Advisory Committee to the Commission will convene by conference call at 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, November 19, 2019. The purpose of the briefing meeting will be via conference call to hear from speakers regarding the Committee’s project titled, School Discipline and School-to-Prison Pipeline in PA.     The Information Systems Technical Advisory Committee (ISTAC) will
