A supplement to the complaint was filed on August 26, 2019. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain wireless communication devices, and related components thereof PO 00000 Frm 00044 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 10,136,179 (‘‘the ’179 patent’’) and U.S. Patent No. 10,104,425 (‘‘the ’425 patent’’). the National Park Service is hereby giving notice that the Tule Springs 
Fossil Beds National Monument Advisory Council (Council) will meet as 
indicated below.
