The Proposal The FAA is proposing an amendment to Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 71 by amending Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface within a 6.3-mile radius of Neillsville Municipal Airport, Neillsville, WI, and removing the Neillsville NDB, this action is necessary due to the decommissioning of the Neillsville NDB, and for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport. Class E airspace designations are published in paragraph 6005 of FAA Order 7400.11D, dated August 8, 2019, and effective September 15, 2019, which is incorporated by reference in 14 CFR 71.1. The Class E airspace designation listed in this document will be published subsequently in the Order.
