Reform)
This rule meets the applicable
standards in E.O. 12988 titled, ‘‘Civil
Justice Reform,’’ to minimize litigation,
eliminate ambiguity, and reduce
burden.
Regulation Identifier Number
The Commission assigns a regulation

Agenda of Federal Regulatory and

the recommendation; and
(iii) Provides notice that the person
may make a written submission to the
Bureau of Enforcement concerning the
proposed recommendation, including
the deadline for the submission and any
other relevant information (e.g., how
and where to send such statements).
