‘‘would be surplus energy purchased in
wholesale markets using bilateral,

A final decision will be made on this
application after the environmental
impacts have been evaluated pursuant
to DOE’s National Environmental Policy

part 1021) and after DOE determines
that the proposed action will not have
an adverse impact on the sufficiency of
supply or reliability of the U.S. electric
power supply system.

Deputy Administrator for Defense
Programs on the stewardship and
maintenance of the Nation’s nuclear
deterrent.
Purpose of the Meeting: The purpose
of this meeting of the DPAC is to
finalize the report on High Performance
Computing and discuss the path ahead
on new topics.
Type of Meeting: In the interest of
national security, the meeting will be
