    Take notice that on August 21, 2019, the Hoosier Energy Rural 
Electric Cooperative submitted its tariff filing: Specification of 
Cost-Based Revenue Requirement to be effective August 21, 2019.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
