applied for and received a waiver. A
vessel owner or operator must notify
Coast Guard and provide a copy of the
waiver.
Need: The Coast Guard regulations are
prescribed in 46 CFR part 106. The
Coast Guard uses the information in this
collection to ensure compliance with
the requirements.
Forms: None.
Respondents: Owners and operators
of aquaculture operations.
Frequency: On occasion.
Hour Burden Estimate: The estimated
burden has increased from 1 hour to 2
hours a year, due to an increase in the
