To support its proposed Inbound EMS
2 prices, the Postal Service filed a
redacted version of the proposed prices,
a copy of the certification required
under 39 CFR 3015.5(c)(2), a redacted
copy of Governors’ Decision No. 19–1,
a redacted copy of the annual EMS Payfor-Performance (PfP) Plan for 2019, and
redacted copies of the EMS Cooperative
Report Cards for Calendar Year 2018.
