Description of Relief Sought: The Boeing Company (Boeing) requests a renewal to Exemption No. 10871D, which provides relief from the requirements of 14 CFR 61.75(d)(2) and 61.117 for pilots obtaining an FAA Private Pilot certificate based on a foreign license. In addition, Boeing requests revisions to Exemption 10871D to align the exemption with Boeing’s operations.
