Background Commerce published the Preliminary Results on December 28, 2018.1 For events subsequent to the Preliminary Results, see the Issues and Decision Memorandum.2 Commerce conducted this administrative review in accordance with section 751 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). Commerce exercised its discretion to toll all deadlines affected by the partial federal government closure from December 22, 2018 through the resumption of operations on January 29, 2019.3 In May 2019, Commerce extended the final results of this review by 60 days.4 Accordingly, the revised deadline for the final results is now July 30, 2019. Scope of the Order The products covered by the order include drawn stainless steel sinks.     On April 2, 2019, the Canaveral Port Authority, grantee of FTZ 136, 
submitted a notification of proposed production activity to the FTZ 
Board on behalf of Airbus OneWeb Satellites, LLC, within FTZ 136, in 
Merritt Island, Florida.
    The notification was processed in accordance with the regulations 
of the FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400), including notice in the Federal 
Register inviting public comment (84 FR 14086--14087, April 9, 2019). 
On July 31, 2019, the applicant was notified of the FTZ Board's 
decision that no further review of the proposed activity is warranted
